This was an iconic success that suppressed the Dawn of the Dead – 2004 which was high grossing zombie movie.

Recap:

Before we discuss this release, let’s take a quick look at the old film. Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg) is a shy student who is afraid to live his life. He has a compulsive disorder that makes him hard to socialize in his life. He meets Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson). She is brave and she is the survivor of the mad zombie disease. She has two sisters, Wichita (Emma Stone) and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin). They all go together and they travel together all around the Zombie filled America and try to make this place like it was before. In the process of these events, they learn a lot about life.

Sequel:

After becoming a partner force against zombies of America, in this sequel, while Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg), Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), Wichita (Emma Stone), and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin) continue their fight and they also learn how to become a family. They discover the hidden happiness of their life as a family. They meet new survivors and new enemies in their journey!

First Glance:

As we saw in the first movie, it was all about their fight and learning to survive. However, this movie is not bringing a new chapter of bonding and family in their life. It is interesting and fascinating to see the development of characters. They realize that they are not left alone.

The movie starts with a single mother, Katrina Ridgeway (Carmen Ejogo). She was alone in the middle of nowhere and her daughter got bitten by a rattlesnake. At that time, she met a strange woman, Abbie (Emma Greenwell). She helped her. However, in return for her help, Katrina had to make unimaginable deal with the evil to repay the gratitude of this stranger woman.

First Glance:

From the appearance, it looks like there is a lot of Drama and Mystery. Horror elements look great from the preview. If you are expecting something that will keep you in suspense and will hold your breath then this might be the choice.

This movie follows the ever-green haunted house story. Don Koch (C.M. Punk) was an ex-convict and alcohol addict. He decided to stay in a house that can give him peace. He purchased the house in Chicago suburbs along with his pregnant wife Liz Koch (Trieste Kelly Dunn). He renovates the mansion. However, soon, he discovers the horrors of the house.

First Glance:

From the first view, it looks like this movie has a little bit of everything. It has comedy, horror, drama, and many other things that you might not expect in horror movies. It is an entertaining movie that can keep you on your chairs until the end.

Conclusion:

Halloween becomes better with a little bit of supernatural excitement in the party. So, these movies can help you enjoy your festive day with more festivity.
